Ongoing oversight activities by the FAA include:7 d* j) f9 J) G; t5 h# q" q: j
- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on1 g! O T, \( M/ r/ k
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these3 o9 a1 }$ d3 d W+ E) `3 S& S
design changes by AD no later than April 2019.

2 [7 ^* P+ i; z! F那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)3 R4 K' Y' I2 n$ s G) r: b
5 T' s2 {! _ e z3 Q& t) k扰流片的问题,有人现在提出来MAX的spoiler从NG的机械控制改成FBW, 然后各种scenario, 那部分我还没有完全看明白 |
