Ongoing oversight activities by the FAA include:! U& s/ L, c: x+ e* C
- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on3 B: W& Y, h# O: t) H# y
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these
1 c0 `: q6 e% p1 Ldesign changes by AD no later than April 2019.

MCAS AOA Signal Enhancements

那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)
