procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these4 q5 s$ d7 w# P+ c
design changes by AD no later than April 2019.

那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS' h9 z+ W/ {2 C; S( t

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)) W% k+ [. n! y) u2 c2 i. |
3 y6 M$ E' y1 \扰流片的问题,有人现在提出来MAX的spoiler从NG的机械控制改成FBW, 然后各种scenario, 那部分我还没有完全看明白 |
