移民国家 alone is not a decisive factor. The level of commercialism and competition in the economy, the level of pressure of an average person in day-to-day life, and most importantly, the level of inequality, are all more decisive factors. New Zealand doesn't have these more serious issues thus it's ok for them to have a relatively loose gun control. China, on the other hand, has all of them and they're getting worse day by day. How can you argue to have a similarly loose gun control in a country full of crisis and hatred?
8 h r6 n9 U0 A冷兵器杀人给行凶者带来的身体上和心理上的刺激都远大于枪械。正是因为子弹杀人的简便和在影视媒体中毫无节制的宣传（很多时候是代表正义的武器），使得枪成为体弱的平民施暴的首选。 ) z4 K8 @" H! s0 u2 X7 s } ! D' b, H s( K6 M* }9 {其实个人或帮派之间的仇杀一直在发生，但不会引起重大关注；就是因为近几年拥枪者滥杀无辜、报复社会的例子有明显上升趋势，才会引起大范围的关注与讨论。这有可能是预示着社会变化的新现象，让人觉得有必要深入调查，采取措施才好
