这是FAA几天前发的Continued Airworthiness Notice

8 h4 b2 n8 V( C. jOngoing oversight activities by the FAA include:
3 R( e6 O; G" [- Y3 c9 e" a5 B- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on& h! L/ w! w& h0 P
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these; O0 Z6 }9 O9 A( a6 k: U* q
design changes by AD no later than April 2019.

那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS

Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)
