这是FAA几天前发的Continued Airworthiness Notice$ m. T; O8 ?; a. h" f

- Boeing’s completion of the flight control system enhancements, which provide reduced reliance on ~3 g% n: w9 l$ U" O4 t
procedures associated with required pilot memory items. The FAA anticipates mandating these( {# N7 D6 D# a0 c% s
design changes by AD no later than April 2019.2 q) N- T# X) M! l' j$ X
- Design changes include:

那两个bold items, signal那个我看到的解释是任何时候输入信号都只有一路,reset MCAS可以左右切换,但有左边没右边,有右边没左边。第三路信号是进standby display, 根本不进MCAS5 n* [9 q" z( x
% W6 ^- i3 W( r
Maximum Command Limit,很简单,要求任何时候不能剥夺elevator的authority。反过来看,现在就是stab trim到一定位置就剥夺了elevator的authority(不加限制的必然结果)
