美國是不能玩這招。因為風險來自「美債」。
所以開始犧牲股東，來保住這些銀行手上的美債。

可是這招有其極限。
美債在殖利率不斷攀升的過程中，會摧毀美國「保險」、「基金」關於低風險資產的配置。這個會是更大的炸彈。

The China threat is actually a US threat, warned Noam Chomsky, one of the world’s best known political scientists, in a new interview.

“What is the threat from China at this point?” Chomsky asked his interviewer. “The threat is coming from the US, with, of course, Britain following. [The UK] is just a lackey at this point. It’s not an independent country any more.”

The elder statesman of US politics, known for his lack of inhibitions in speaking uncomfortable truths, said that the world’s problems are coming from the west, not the east, speaking in an interview with Ido Vok of the New Statesman, a British magazine.

Just as Washington provoked Russia with NATO expansion it is also “provoking China openly” over Taiwan, he said.
.
“The US is carrying out a programme… to encircle China with a ring of sentinel states armed with advanced precision weapons aimed at China,” Chomsky continued. In recent years, the US has turned South Korea, Japan, Australia and recently the Philippines into war partners (“defence co-operators”), creating huge tension in the formerly peaceful region.

Chomsky said that China may “not be a nice place” but it was clear that the hunger for conflict comes from one side, he said. “The talk about [war over] Taiwan is coming from the West.”

The parallels between Taiwan and Ukraine are clear. And the reason the Ukraine war has dragged on, is because the “US and Britain… refused” peace negotiations in Ukraine, Chomsky says—and for that reason, the country is being “battered, devastated”.

The USA is controlling Ukraine, he said. “Ukraine is not a free actor; they’re dependent on what the US determines.”

But what does the US get out of it? “For the US, this is a bargain,” Chomsky said. “For a fraction of the colossal military budget, the US is able to severely degrade the military forces of its only real military adversary.”

日本一向跟在美國後面做哈巴狗，美日共同扶持台灣島內的台獨勢力，借以騷擾、耗損中國大陸，阻撓中國大陸崛起。現在美日更積極布署兵力，想軍事介入台海，而其兵力佈署的重點就是琉球。
琉球群島在日本本岛和台灣之間，最南的與那國島離台灣花蓮只有110公里。駐日美軍有七成，約五萬在琉球，如嘉手納基地、普天間基地。中國大陸東南沿海通往西太平洋的宮古海峽兩岸，佈滿防空導彈和反艦導彈，你可以想像琉球群島的戰略地位有多麼重要。
可是琉球的主權並不屬於日本，琉球王國原是受中國保護的藩屬國，1879年被日本強佔，並改為冲繩縣，但琉球烈士的抗日活動風起雲湧，始終未曾止息。太平洋戰爭末期的冲繩決死戰，冲繩人民有四分之一喪失生命。
二戰後，依《開羅宣言》和《波茨坦公告》，日本需歸還其侵略的土地，其中包含琉球、台灣、澎湖、朝鮮、北方四島、中國東北等。當時琉球由聯合國託管，後由美國託管，至1972年5月，美國擅自把管治權讓給日本迄今，但日本並未擁有琉球主權，這便是「琉球地位未定論」。
美國在琉球的駐軍基地佔琉球全境15 ％，用無惡不作形容美軍，一點都不為過，琉球人民早想將之趨除，況且日本將琉球人視為次等人民，使琉球發展遠落後於日本本土。現在又把琉球部署成美日對抗中國大陸的預定戰場，所謂「台灣有事就是日本有事」，說的更白一些就是琉球有事。
琉球人民為尋求自救，最近二把手冲繩副知事主動求見中國駐日大使，表達琉球想把美軍趕出境外的強烈和平意願，而一把手冲繩知事近期也計劃訪華，在在透露出琉球人民對日本的不滿，想尋求獨立的意願。
美日常以「台灣地位未定論」來鼓動台獨，現在有《國際法》依據的「琉球地位未定論」，對日本更有禍起蕭牆的震撼力。我認為大陸應該好好打這張牌，等於給日本心臟插上一把尖刀，更對美軍在第一島鏈的佈署形成致命打擊。總之，就是以其人之道 還治其人之身，美日搞台灣獨立，中國大陸就支持琉球獨立。

讓幾個禮拜以來哭爹喊娘彈藥不足設備落後的瓦格納雇傭軍紛紛讚嘆
天上不會掉餡餅但是北約和烏軍還蠻會贈送驚喜大禮的

His famous uncle, President John F Kennedy, said that he realized “that the CIA had devolved into an agency whose function was to provide the military-industrial complex with a constant pipeline of new wars.”

For this reason, he wanted to “take the CIA and shatter it into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the wind”.

DIRTY TRICKS MINDSET
The CIA is a big organization with patriotic staff but there are clearly very problematic areas, Robert Kennedy Jr said.

“But I think we really need to separate the espionage functions of that agency and the Plans Division, the division that actually does dirty tricks, that kills people, that makes wars, that involves itself in actions,” he said.

“Because what happens is, that operations tail begins to wag the espionage dog.”

He believes the CIA was corrupted decades ago. “And very, very early on, [former CIA leader] Allen Dulles essentially corrupted the purpose of it by getting the CIA involved in assassinations and fixing elections.”

IMMENSE SCALE OF CIA-STIRRED CONFLICT
“The CIA has been involved in coup d’etats and attempted coup d’etats in about a third of the countries in the world, most of them democracies,” he said.

“So if our national policy as a country is to promote democracy, the CIA’s policy has been the opposite.”

WHAT THE CIA SEES AS “SUCCESSFUL”
Bizarrely, the CIA causes harm to both enemies and allies and thinks that’s a good thing, Kennedy explained.

“You overthrow a government in Iraq, and what happens: you create Isis,” he said.

“You then get involved in Syria, from Isis, and you drive two million refugees into Europe.
.
“Which destabilises democracy all over Europe, and basically causes Brexit.

“That’s the outcome of what the CIA considers a successful operation to depose Saddam Hussein.”
