今天跟大家談中國的大戰略，為了談這個主題，就必得談中美大博弈。要談中美博弈就得談中國主導的＂中亞峰會＂，與美國主導的＂七國集團峰會＂。
G7在日本廣島召開，拜登給足日本首相岸田文雄面子，廣島是岸田文雄的故鄉，而他六月要面臨連任的競選壓力。拜登當然不是捨身為人，他是想聯合七國力量圍堵大陸，用軍事遏制，用外交孤立，用科技封鎖，多面向極限施壓。
不過，拜登沒有成功，他充其量只能叫得動日本、英國、加拿大，至於法國、德國、意大利等歐洲傳統大國，誰願意與中國撕破臉，跟著拜登做儍子。最後，在G7的共同宣言

中國大陸對美光出手

大陸網路安全審查辦公室，判定美光在華銷售的產品，存在網路安全隱患，對中國“關鍵資訊基礎設施供應鏈”，造成安全隱患，影響國家安全。

結論是，網路安全審查不通過。
依照大陸的“網路安全法”等法規，“關鍵資訊基礎設施”的運營者要停止採購美光產品。

日本對中國祭出的“半導體製造設備出口管制措施”，才是要徹底摁死中國半導體發展的一步棋。
日本在半導體關鍵零件跟原料上，舉足輕重。
跟光刻機大廠艾司摩爾的重要性，等量齊觀。
所以，這是日本版的對中國半導體卡脖子。
務必要讓中國窒息。
大陸商務部回應說，這是對自由貿易跟國際經貿規則的嚴重背離。

OPPO旗下哲庫半導體設計公司，在發展順利新產品開發良好下，毫無理由的突然解散。
業界震驚，是因為找不到突然哲庫解散的理由。
也不像是市場競爭、管理或研發發生問題。
所以是不是境外的資本市場不希望OPPO的哲庫存在？

中國現在正是發展最關鍵的時刻。
正遭遇科技、經濟、文化的全方位攻擊。
攻擊的目標，按照某些人的說法，是“讓中國只剩半條命，把中國打回石器時代”。
他們當然沒有要徹底跟中國脫鉤。
脫鉤了，他們怎麼還能利用中國？

所以，這是為什麼G7講對中國是要“去風險化”跟“多樣化”。
意思就是要對G7“無風險”的脫鉤。
必須控制，讓中國為我所用，只能發展低科技，生產我讓中國可以生產的東西。
同時，中國得徹底打開市場。
讓我控制壟斷中國市場。
中國就是讓我不斷拿訂單就對了。

對G7而言，中國還是很有用的。
中國對G7貢獻營收，貢獻獲利。
貢獻資源。
還要貢獻頂尖優秀的人才，為他們的發展努力。
你看，美國跟日本外來人才，中國占太高的比例了。

免費為G7所用。
多少專利多少科技多少文化產品，來自中國被漠視、被遺忘、被詆毀的文化遺產？

人家搞不好還隨時禁運。

"The Covid-19 #coronavirus was "intentionally released" by the United States in Wuhan, China, with the target to trigger a global pandemic to raise public acceptance of vaccines, a US businessman specializing in patent auditing said.

David Martin, the founding chairman of M Cam asset management company, said at an International #CovidSummit organized by the European Parliament in #Brussels earlier this month that the US was responsible for the making of both coronaviruses causing the outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome - or #SARS - in 2003 and the #Covid-19 pandemic in the past three years.

The third edition of the summit featured speakers from anti-lockdown advocates to medical academia to discuss the global pandemic response. The speakers shed light on the possibility that the coronavirus which caused the pandemic was man-made, instead of naturally occurring.

In his speech, Martin said: "The pandemic that we alleged to have happened in the last few years did not happen overnight. In fact, the very specific pandemic using the coronavirus began at a different time."

THE BRUTAL MISSION by the United States to rule Asia and threaten China took another step forward in Papua New Guinea this week – but ordinary people are fighting back.

The US signed a top secret deal, with no public consultation, for the military of the world’s richest and most militarized nation to use the airports and sea ports of Papua New Guinea.

“Papua New Guinea, which suffered terribly during WW2, is in uproar at the secret decision of its government to sign over its airports and ports to the US military for Biden's war plans against China,” said John Pilger, one of the world’s best known independent journalists.

Students and others in Papua New Guinea are protesting, but commentators say it is too late. There has been almost no mainstream media coverage.

SWEEPING EAST ASIA
The US now has created anti-China military co-operation with South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, the Philippines and Australia—and moves are afoot to buy loyalty in Thailand too.

The US plan is called the “first island defence chain”. The aim is for the US to contain China and cement America’s rule as leader of Asia, as specified in the Wolfowitz doctrine and several other key US policy documents.

‘FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE’
Student-led protests are starting to gather momentum in PNG, which has had a neutral friends-to-all policy before the US deal forcing it to take sides.

“We cannot be tricked and bullied as minorities to this great superpower country that has persuaded our government for its own interest,” said Gordon Walimbu, one of the leaders of the protest in PNG.

“We will never allow this to happen as this move is very dangerous for PNG. We are ‘friends to all and enemy to none’ as stated in our international policy.”

But commentators say the people have little hope of being heard.

MEDIA’S ROLE
The international press is playing a key role in this process, by amplifying three false narratives about China: the non-existent “genocide” of the Uyghurs, the “death of Hong Kong”, and the blaming of China for the repeated US attacks on Taiwan’s peaceful status quo.

Pilger said the world should “stand with the people of Papua New Guinea”.

But there’s one more irony in this story.

AIRPORTS, SCHOOLS AND FOOD PRODUCTION
China has also been dealing with the people of Papua New Guinea—by building major infrastructure projects for the people.

China built a number of airports for the poor country, and worked on improving highways and building a conference facility and schools.

For example, China’s Shenzhen City built a large campus, the Butuka Secondary School, to accommodate about 3,000 students.
.
Furthermore, Chinese scientists have been working on dryland rice projects to help increase food production in PNG.
.

What I cannot understand, is China has essentially helped provide America with a higher standard of living for decades, by producing low cost goods which are extremely affordable.

This is hardly a bad thing for either country. Indeed, it’s been great for both parties. It helped raise China out of poverty, and it helped improve life for most Americans, who’s wages have stagnated for some 50 years.

Now the US Government is trying to recast China as ‘the enemy,’ because they always seem to need an ‘enemy.’

After running away from the Middle East, as rather sad ‘losers,’ who shouldn’t have gone there in the first place, and having blown trillions of dollars, isn’t it obvious that starting a new conflict zone is absurd?

What’s even more ridiculous is hundreds of thousands of Americans don’t even have clean drinking water, let alone healthcare, or a sustainable wage. Why spend trillions more on war?

Even more absurd than that, is America was ultimately beaten by a ragtag army of people in the Middle East, who were equipped with little more than machine guns, home made bombs, and four wheel drive trucks.

China has quantum computers, hypersonic missiles, nuclear weapons, state of the art military aircraft, and even a space station. To attack China is insane on a military level alone.

But far (far) more to the point, is China has never looked for a war. Look at China’s track record, especially against America’s track record.      

The people of America need to wake up, before things get completely out of hand.

Michael Gazeley  The United States is ruled by an elite. Eisenhower was going to call it the Congressional Military Industrial Complex but was asked to remove the word Congressional. Indeed the word "monetary" should be inserted as well (I believe Colonel McGregor has commented on this recently - but I have made the point on numerous occasions). Trusts (Blackrock) banks, arms manufacturers etc.

It creates money via private banks out of thin air. Its Federal Reserve is ultimately privately owned. Try to find the latter point out and you will be in difficulties. It is a secret.

To understand the United States requires a shift in thinking.

"isn’t it obvious that starting a new conflict zone is absurd?" Yes to you and I. But not to those who own shares in this huge complex.

China has 400 nuclear warheads to the US's 6,000. Any white supremacist (would be very pleased to hear that). China at this stage, had it been prudent, would be to have 1,000. Instead it has been spending money helping people. I would say - MUCH MORE on the former and LESS on the latter.

The US goal has been since time immemorial to destroy and dismantle CHina. But for a time it was happy to make trillions from CHinese made goods paying Chinese companies with money generated out of thin air (see also  Peter Schiff). Import all these American goods (made in China) for resale and blame China. (The profit China makes in Iphones I believe is a staggering 2 per cent)>

What the US and its vassals to differing extents does is to create finance out of thin air and use it to buy the world. Study how Black Rock has gone from nothing to ruling the world. The United States is the military arm of such financial interests.

This is China's great weakness. It needs to militarise. And VERY VERY quickly. China has 300 nuclear warheads - this should have been at the very very least 1,000.

The US is basically the first nation owned by financial elites who do not care for the average American - hence the coming poverty of the US and to some extent its Western allies. The irony is that  uninformed Westerners have NO IDEA that we are owned by these elites. (For instance I know an ex soldier who told me that 12 years ago, he spoke to Boris Johnson who told him that Boris was going to make a lot of money from vaccines. I said to the solider that no one would believe him and he got very upset.) So whilst the average Western person, with the totally anti-China media cheers on the encirclement of China, their kids will be impoverished by the elites.    Western notions of "superiority" are actually our stumbling block because all of us get screwed.

As George Carlin, my favourite prophet said "You have owners - they own you". And they do this because they (through private banks) create money out of thin air.

Journalist Kit Klarenberg of the The Grayzone landed in London and was subjected to a five-hour interrogation by “counter-terror police”, it was revealed today. The UK police took Kit’s electronic devices, demanded passwords, and asked if he worked for Russia!
Kit works for a small independent media group that dares to question mainstream media narratives. Remember when Hong Kong people discovered that the loudest voice at the Hong Kong Free Press, “Kong Tsung-gan”, was an anti-China white guy from Amnesty International pretending he was a Hong Kong Chinese person born here? International waters at China's doorstep?

當初，國際海洋公約本來就是在列強（強國）海權的基礎上建構的，因為這些海權強國明知亞洲弱國的實力不足以將軍艦常態性地航至大洋東岸（美加西岸），而西方海權強國卻能將艦隊開至大洋西岸（東海、南海），名為自由航權，實為憑藉實力的差距，在吃亞洲各國海域的豆腐，看在中國眼裡，就是耀武揚威地通過家門口。

現在中國變強了，海軍實力也趕上美國了，不再容許美國這種世界警察的姿態巡邏中國的門口。看來，這兩週內發生的海空「準衝突」是必然的，中國已不再甘於遵循既有的海/空域秩序，中國要的是建立新秩序，但在這之前必須頻繁地製造既成事實，讓美國及其盟友認清現況，收斂其勢力範圍，退出東海南海。

此次香格里拉防長峰會，中國國防部長李尚福的一席話：
「我要反問一下，為什麼剛才大家提的問題都發生在中國領空和領海附近，而不是發生在其他國家的領空和領海附近？這是因為中國的軍機和軍艦從來不會到其他國家的領空和領海附近去做所謂的航行霸權。最好的辦法是各國管好自己的軍艦，管好自己的飛機。」意思已經很清楚了。

個人淺見以為，中國自知強硬解決台灣問題會很棘手。但用迂迴的方式，只要中國的強大凌駕於美國，將美國勢力逐出東南海，台灣問題就自然解決了。顯然，台灣若失去美國撐腰就只剩談判一途了，看如何談而已。因此中國若要順利解決台灣問題，力圖成為全球首強應是唯一途徑。
