最新进展：中国军方在懵了几天以后，终于缓过劲来了。自从米军送拉B５２进东海标识圈，韩国和日本相继都宣称派了军机进去，或者无视标识圈。现在中国军方终于派军机到东海标识圈上空。希望下次发生别国军机进入标识圈而没有按照规矩来，中国的军机能按规矩来。从此也可见，先前是该没有针对性的预案。这些事情的确是由一堆业余人员在决策。

% X1 J8 W5 ~  J% L* v* yChina has sent warplanes to its newly declared air defence zone in the East China Sea, state media reports.

  |1 ]$ F3 F2 U5 P2 a: ^The vast zone, announced last week, covers territory claimed by China, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.

China has said all planes transiting the zone must file flight plans and identify themselves, or face "defensive emergency measures".

4 _7 Y0 ~. l! @5 lBut Japan, South Korea and the US have all since flown military aircraft through the area.

The zone includes islands known as Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu in China, which are claimed by Japan, China and Taiwan.

Japan controls the islands, which have been the focus of a bitter and long-running dispute between Japan and China.

& d( e# o- x2 R6 \The zone also covers a submerged rock that South Korea says forms part of its territory.

China's move has been condemned by the US and Japan.

. i$ \) A- w8 C% w! E6 qAmerica, which called the move a "destabilising attempt to alter the status quo in the region", flew two unarmed B-52 bombers through the zone unannounced on Tuesday.

South Korea's military said one of their planes also entered the zone on Tuesday.

On Thursday, Japan said its aircraft had conducted routine "surveillance activity" over the East China Sea zone.

管控防空识别区需要较强的预警能力和反应能力，需要武装力量具备相应的技术装备和训练水平。随着现代航空技术的发展，各种高空、高速、低空、隐身航空器广泛运用，没有较强的预警能力，划设防空识别区就是纸上谈兵；没有较强的快速反应能力，不能及时判明突发情况，并采取有效应对措施，划设的防空识别区也是无防之域。

正如你所说的，准备时间还是要有的，估计准备好，起飞到拦截到目标，鬼子早跑了
