去年，80後設計師王恆租下北京五環的一棟500㎡房子，作為一人兩貓的新家，租約5年。他帶著“玩”心改造：室內裝下一部汽車、三輛摩托車、一艘船，以及二十多年的舊藏。房子只有一居室，臥室之外的空間幾乎全為開放式。

Last year, post-1980 designer Wang Heng signed a 5-year lease for a 500㎡ house on the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing as a new home for himself and two cats. He transformed the house with a heart of “playfulness": a car, three motorcycles, a boat, and a twenty-year-old collection all fit into the house. The house has only one bedroom, and the space outside the bedroom is almost entirely open-space.
