What surprises many, however, is the relative mildness of the Faroese seasons. Despite the islands’ northern latitude location, summers are cool with an average temperature of 13°C, and winters are mild, with an average temperature of 3°C.

Because of our ever changing weather we expect the current snow to melt again almost as quick as it arrived a few days ago.
