I have found that China used to keep quiet most of the times.
Few years ago when HongKong started happens those crazy protest , I was kinda curious about the 64 Tiananmen Square protests of 1989.
I try to search those peoples who joined the 64 Tiananmen protest in Facebook, I able to get some of them, and guess what?
They said they NEVER EVER seen any tanks rolling on the people, and NEVER EVER seen whatever stories like the battlefield flowed with river of bloods, shootings rampage by the army.

They always get a lots of warnings from the speaker, ask them to go home, ask them not to do violent behaviours , what time government will shut off all the electricity & bla bla bla…

Some of them had been joined as frontline commanders during that time, and they are now living in other country.

As what I read from their previous articles, they actually hate Chai Ling, Wang Dan(the student leader), they feel like they themselves had been taken advantage by the student leaders, and Chai Ling they all who leads the protest, they are not sincere, desperate to improve China, they have their own agenda.

The more peoples I found in Facebook every year, the more I respect China.

4th June of every year, people always showing the pictures of tanks, how cruel was China Government, but still, China keep quiet, and never ever mention, not even a single word to defend themselves.

I tried to search whatever articles about the Tiananmen from China official announcement, finally I found the answers.
—No matter how,  China government admits that they didn’t handle it well, so it’s their faults. It doesn’t matter 1 people died, or how many millions peoples died in this case, still they admitted that they didn’t handle it well.

(and the actual amount of people died in Tiananmen which I believe the most is about hundred something, from a “Tiananmen mother” who keep trying to get contact with those dead students’ family, she keep collecting all the amounts until now)

I was really shocked when I’ve got all these answers.
And I agreed with China Government, no matter how, they didn’t handle it well. So, no need to explain, no need to defend themself, keep quiet and move forward, to make it better & better.

P/S: we can find a lots of news that the west never ever mentioned about how ridiculous the students behaviours.
One of the most serious case is they not only set fire to vehicles, even few of buildings.
