"We've been ignoring corporate news. The market has been focused on higher bond yields and rising rates, and those two concerns have overshadowed earnings, which have been strong," said Mark Grant, chief global strategist at B. If Earning goes up, PE will go down. It can off set the high interest rate. But the pressure is coming from EU, JP and China, their money is miss priced globally and their policies will export to US. For example China is struggling the balance. If RMB goes down then $USD goes up, earning up, interest up and PE down. Fed put expire requires high equity risk premium to own stocks about 10 year yield, which implies lower PE. 作者: lorry 时间: 2018-2-23 07:34
