本来以为自己永远不会在坛里唱这首歌，因为有 @爵爷的珠玉在前

不过呢，上一个星期的南加州之旅来回十几个小时开车，在行车的时候这首歌的旋律一直在脑子里回荡。回来以后在坛里又讨论了一下刚过去的大麻节，一讲到这东西两句歌词就蹦出来了：

所以呢，既然脑子里充满了这首歌，那就唱出来吧。顺便，@叶子说这两天K歌帮有点冷清，那我就来帮着热闹热闹

不过oakland倒是有个真正的California Hotel
从walnet creek去旧金山方向的高速上就能看到，
估计只是楼上的牌子是California Hotel，楼实际上另作他用了。
因为google没出来。

说到高音，我觉得神牛同学根本不缺高音，但他的问题是，他唱上去以后常常就不下来了，所以总觉得自己还不够高

感觉这个应该是正宗的加州招待所。
California Hotel, 3443-3501 San Pablo Ave., Oakland, CA
580和San Pablo Ave交汇地方的西南角。从三藩去walnet creek方向的580上是正对着看。

正宗的是The Beverly Hills Hotel，人家是在是唱片封面照里出镜的

说的那个加州招待所是建于1920年。基本上是文物了。

这个唱片1976年才发行。。。
当然The Beverly Hills Hotel是1912年建的。
只能说就算创意不是来源于加州招待所，但他们挑封面也太随意了。

惠威试音碟里的神曲啊，据说当时惠威的专卖店里几乎所有顾客都要听这个歌曲，导致N多店主晕厥、呕吐~
