I've been getting my butt kicked in the mountains lately and it's probably because I'm trying to do big days on little to no sleep, but sometimes the lure of a good forecast is too hard to resist. I managed to fall asleep while waiting to rappel, started dreaming, then woke up and realized I'm still on the side of the mountain (and a solid 8 hours from actually sleeping) It was still an amazing day and I don't regret going, but I won't be doing this 50km while staying awake for 40 hours thing again..
