6800平方英尺，但Sarah Jessica Parker和Matthew Broderick买下后，从来没用搬进来住过，而是让一个搞时装的朋友把这里作为对衣服的地方！不知道这个朋友是不是管Sex and City里的服装的。绝大多数纽约人的公寓能包下一层已经很满足了，这个townhouse有整整……6层！那个圆形大浴盆叫friendship tub，学了一个新词。
