肯尼迪的Winter White House

这是肯尼迪家族的财产，老肯尼迪在1933年购入。肯尼迪总统在任上时，会在冬天带着一家到这个佛罗里达别墅来避寒，他还在这里召开过总统工作会议。老肯尼迪买入是12万，1995年售出，现在转手售价3100万。
